  This Privacy Policy describes how Kristopher C. Howard d/b/a Posereight ("Posereight", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our services, including the

  Pal assistant, the Zifnab assistant on rog, the Templari Suite of apps (Aleph, Auspex, Numerology, Graphology, The Hidden Library, Arcana, Palm Reader, and related apps), AquaWizard, and

  our messaging integrations over SMS and WhatsApp.

  Information we collect

  We collect the following categories of personal information:

  - Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, account username, and device identifiers, provided by you at signup or generated when you use our apps.

  - Communications content: the text, voice, and media of messages you send to us via SMS, WhatsApp, in-app chat, email, or web forms.

  - Service inputs: information you enter into our apps to receive a feature (for example, dates of birth, names of people you ask about, palm photographs, pool water test readings).

  - Device and usage information: IP address, operating system, app version, device model, time-zone, crash diagnostics, and feature interaction events.

  - Payment and subscription information: billing email, subscription state, and transaction identifiers; full payment instruments are handled by Apple, Google, Stripe, or RevenueCat and are

   not retained by us.

  - Location information: only when a feature requires it and you have granted device permission.

  How we use information

  We use this information to operate the services you have requested, generate AI-assisted responses to your messages, deliver subscription benefits, communicate with you about your account,

   debug and improve the services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

  How we share information

  We share personal information only with the categories of recipients listed below, and only to the extent necessary:

  - Cloud and infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Tailscale) for hosting and network delivery.

  - Messaging providers (Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp, Meta Platforms for WhatsApp routing) to deliver and receive your messages.

  - Payment and subscription providers (Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, RevenueCat) to process purchases and entitlements.

  - AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate responses to conversational messages.

  - Analytics and crash reporting providers to diagnose problems.

  - Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.

  We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  SMS / Mobile Messaging

  If you opt in to receive text messages from Posereight, the following terms apply.

  No third-party sharing of mobile numbers. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent information are

  not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide via SMS is used only to operate the service you opted into and to comply with legal

  obligations.

  Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service. You may receive up to several messages per day during active conversations. Automated notifications

  are sent only as triggered by events you have configured.

  Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any messages sent or received. We do not charge for messages.

  Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

  Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact kris@posereight.com.

  Supported carriers. Service is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  WhatsApp Messaging

  Messages exchanged via WhatsApp are subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Privacy Policy in addition to this policy. Meta receives your phone number, message content, and routing metadata.

  We do not share WhatsApp message content with third parties beyond the AI model providers used to generate responses. By messaging us on WhatsApp you consent to your message content being

  processed by these AI systems for the sole purpose of producing your reply.

  AI Processing

  Conversational messages and inputs you provide to our apps are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and models we host on our own infrastructure

  when so configured) to generate responses and outputs. These providers process content under their own data-handling terms: Anthropic at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy, OpenAI at

  https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy, Google at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use your messages to train AI models, and we instruct providers to apply zero-retention

   terms where their API supports them. Some providers retain content for up to thirty days for trust and safety review under their standard API terms.

  Data Retention

  We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services and to satisfy our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Conversational message history is retained

  for the life of your account unless you request deletion. Device and usage logs are retained for ninety days. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

  Security

  We protect personal information with industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported by our providers, access controls, and periodic

  review. No method of electronic transmission or storage is one hundred percent secure.

  International Transfers

  Personal information is processed in the United States. If you access the services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the

  United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

  Your Rights — California (CCPA / CPRA)

  California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and

   to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA and CPRA. To exercise these

  rights, contact kris@posereight.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

  Your Rights — EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

  If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, rectify inaccurate

  information, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local

  Children

  Our services are not directed to children under thirteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided

  personal information to us, contact kris@posereight.com and we will delete it.

  App Store Disclosures

  Apple App Store and Google Play disclosures for each of our apps mirror the categories described in this Privacy Policy. Where in-store disclosures differ from this policy, the more

  protective disclosure applies. App-specific tracking and SDK declarations are listed on each app's store page.

  Changes to this Policy

  We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will provide reasonable notice of material

  changes by posting an updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you in-app or by email.
